These general conditions are applied to all products sold trough Nautisails.com

Art.1: Prices
Product prices are indicated in Euros, excluding taxes and excluding delivery fees. Nautisails.com has the right to modify products' prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of actual current price at the time of order confirmation.

Art. 2: Order validation
Order validation confirms client's agreement to actual general conditions. Data registered by Nautisails.com are a proof of the transactions made between Nautisails.com and his clients.

Art. 3 : Order
Nautisails.com has the right to refuse or cancel any order of a client that is in contention in regards to a previous order.

Art. 4 : Availability
Our products and prices are available within stock limits. In the case of a product not available, we will inform you in writing (email or mail). Your order will automatically be cancelled and you will be fully paid back if your bank account has already been credited.

Art. 5 : Delivery
The ordered products will be delivered to the address mentionned during the order process. The products will be sent by Colissimo between 2 and 4 working days after the receptino of your payment. In case of a credit card payment, delivery time limits are the average delivery time limits for metropolitan France. In case of check payment, your order will only be traeted once the money is recieved. The delivery time limits will then be applicable from the reception day of the money. Nautisails.com will not be held responsible for the delivery delays or consequences due to delivry delay.

Art. 6 : Payment
Payment can be done either by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), or with Paypal or by check. The check must be issued from a bank of metropolitan France . Cashiering of check will be done upon reception. Check must be sent to FWD Concept, 4 route de Lausanne, 1180 Rolle, Suisse.

Art. 7 : Satisfied or paid off (see Shippings and Returns article)
You have a time limit of 7 days as of your order day to return a product that would not suit you. Return fees will then be payable by you. The money for the return product wil be given back to you.
Returns must be sent to the following adress: FWD Concept 4 route de Lausanne 1180 Rolle, SUISSE, in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice. The products returned incomplete, damaged or dirty will not be repayed.

Art. 8 : Conformity of products
We commit ourselves to repay or change the products damaged or not matching with your odrer. In that case, please let us know about it in detail in a mail and send us back the product within a 7 working days time limit after the order. Any claim formulated after that time limit will not be accepted. Repayment will be done in a time limit equal or less than 15 days after product reception.

In case of dispute, Lausanne Court (Switzerland) will be the only competent court.
